One Button Route to VIPP or VIPO

For those operators that do not want to put VIP Online on a separate button, we could modify the VIP ACH button to have an initial screen appear once a user selects VIP ACH. This screen would have a flow decision for VIP Online & VIP ACH.

Flow Decision is based on below conditions​

  • Operator supports both VIPP & VIPO
    • Patron is already enrolled or previously enrolled in both VIPP and VIPO
      • Account Inquiry will return both limits
      • If VIPP limit is greater
        • If Patron is currently VIPO, Patron will be switched to VIPP
        • Patron will be sent to VIPP product
      • If VIPO limit is greater
        • If Patron is currently VIPP, Patron will be switched to VIPO
        • Patron will be sent to VIPO product
    • Patron is currently enrolled in VIPP with a Plaid account
      • Account Inquiry will return both limits
      • If VIPP limit is greater
        • If Patron is currently VIPO, Patron will be switched to VIPP
        • Patron will be sent to VIPP product
      • If VIPO limit is greater
        • If Patron is currently VIPP, Patron will be switched to VIPO
        • Patron will be sent to VIPO product
    • Patron is currently enrolled in VIPP with only one manually added account
      • Account Inquiry will return limit for VIPP and a $0 limit for VIPO
      • Patron will be sent to VIPP product
    • Patron is currently enrolled in VIPP with only one manually added account and other Plaid accounts
      • Account Inquiry will return limit for VIPP and a limit for each Plaid account and a $0 limit for VIPO for manual account
      • If VIPP limit is greater
        • If Patron is currently VIPO, Patron will be switched to VIPP
        • Patron will be sent to VIPP product
      • If VIPO limit is greater
        • If Patron is currently VIPP, Patron will be switched to VIPO
        • Patron will be sent to VIPO product
    • Patron is currently enrolled in VIPO only
      • Account Inquiry will return both limits
      • If VIPP limit is greater
        • If Patron is currently VIPO, Patron will be switched to VIPP
        • Patron will be sent to VIPP product
          • If VIPP switch fails
            • Patron will be sent to VIPO product
      • If VIPO limit is greater
        • If Patron is currently VIPP, Patron will be switched to VIPO
        • Patron will be sent to VIPO product
    • Patron is not enrolled
      • Patron will be sent to VIPO product
  • Operator only supports VIPP
    • If Patron is currently VIPO, Patron will be switched to VIPP
    • Patron will be sent to VIPP product
  • Operator only supports VIPO
    • If Patron is currently VIPP, Patron will be switched to VIPO
    • Patron will be sent to VIPO product
