Onboarding Process
Before you can begin working with VIP Connect, complete the steps below.
Step 1: Fill out the Pavilion Payments SDK Questionnaire
You should have received the questionnaire from Pavilion Payments. Once you fill this form out, you can continue with the onboarding process.
Step 2: Provide Callback URLs to Pavilion Payments
Callback URLs are required by each operator to allow Pavilion Payments to send transaction notifications from VIP Connect. More information can be found on our Notification Callback URLs page.
Step 3: Configure your values
Work with your Pavilion representative to configure Operator Values.
Step 4: Receive credentials from Pavilion Payments
Once these steps are complete, someone from Pavilion Payments will send you your credentials.
Step 4: Authenticate
HTTP JWT bearer tokens are used for authentication which require configurations to be completed by Pavilion Payments before any requests can be completed successfully. See our Generating a JWT page for more details.
